What Would You Like to Know?
We know what you really wanna know about SwimSanch. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of all the frequently asked questions regarding our lessons. If you still haven’t found the answers you’re looking for, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.
Who are the coaches?
Our main Coach is Sanchia Reed, she is well known in the community and is happy to help anyone, she has a UKCC level 3 qualification in swim teaching. We also have another Coach, Emily Baker; Swim Assistant Kris White; and our Trainee Swim Assistant Lulu.
When are the swimming lessons?
We usually aim for 3 lessons a week in the evening, on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, although due to pool availability this may change. Details on our timetables can be seen on our booking section and if there is any late changes we will notify everyone as soon as we can.
How much does a session cost?
Each swim training session costs £11, which includes pool entry. This is to cover pool hire, coaches and to help run SwimSanch.
Can beginners join?
Yes! We welcome everyone from complete beginner to channel swimmers. We train in a group session, however we tailor the session to each individual to make sure that everyone gets the progression they need.
Is there 1 to 1 sessions available?
Currently we don't provide 1 to 1 sessions however we tailor our group session to each individual, meaning the training is adapted to each person.
Where do the sessions take place?

Can I cancel or adapt a booking?
Yes we allow you to cancel or rebook to another session up to 4 hours before your booked session. This can be done though your bookings portal on our website account area. Any issues please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
You will need your swimming costume, a drink and goggles. If you have your own fins feel free to bring them, however we do supply them subject to availability. We supply the rest of the equipment. If you have Asthma make sure you bring your inhaler.
